Having lived at their Newtown Road property for two years, I can say with confidence that Simon and the PPP team are dedicated to ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. The properties are well taken care of and affordable, with any issues addressed and resolved with reassuring efficiency. Both myself and my partner, whom I met whilst staying at the accommodation (I don't guarentee you will have the same incredible luck in this regard, would heartily recommend choosing to stay in a PPP run house for a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience whilst studying.

The landlord withheld our deposits at the end of our tenancy for cleaning, despite the place being left spotless. It was circa £125 between us, just small enough for us not to bother contesting it. They also installed a coin slot for us to be able to use the washing machine/tumble dryer. If you enjoy being ripped off, this is the landlord for you.

Just finished my tenancy with Partridge Property and it was without a doubt the highlight of a very difficult final two years with Covid! Issues were fixed promptly, and the landlord often went above and beyond to help the tenants; fantastic living experience, worth every penny!

Excellent experience while living in one of their properties. All tenants are well looked after and issues are dealt with in a professional and prompt manner. Simon always goes an extra mile and is very responsive to ensure happiness and comfort of his tenants. Highly recommended to anybody as the location in the town centre for most of the properties is also amazing.
