I had my chimney swept by Blake's this morning. An EXCELLENT service through booking to sweeping. The very nice sweep (sorry don't know his name) arrived dead on time, and everything was so clean afterwards you wouldn't know he had been there. Very helpful and courteous and I'll be using Blakes next year.

Used Blakes for my log burners yearly clean, very good service from booking to arriving on time. No mess left behind and the log burner was cleaned and paint touched up, log burner is looking like new. Very reasonably priced.

The service received was awful. No returned phone calls and waited 5 weeks too long for the fitting of log burner. The only positive was Luke who did all he could to get the problems sorted and he did a good job fitting it.
