With a highly skilled, capable and diversely specialized set of individual's, able to address and resolve everything that we asked of them (and then some), their workmanship and work effort to collectively, and compassionately, restore our tired grand house to its former glory was nothing short of amazing. Not forgetting, at short notice and with a very challenging timeline, a complete house rewire and the transformation of 'the parlor' into a fully contained and functioning bedsit. Absolutely delighted with the work that we had done by Home Preserver. They had to extend a bedroom by putting in a dormer and created a room for an en-suite be fitted. The team had to travel as we are not from the area. They sorted everything from start to finish, including scaffolding, tips and materials from the local suppliers. The team were reliable, punctual, trustworthy and hardworking. They achieved all jobs in the agreed time frame. We had constant communication with Lee and Tom throughout. Cannot fault the Home Preserver team, will be referring all family and friends to them in future.

Lee initially came to discuss the small extension we wanted, he helped lead us through the process, had his architect create the plans, gave a decent price and the team carried out the works to perfection! We couldn't be more happy with the extension. Keeps all the kids very happy 😊 wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone

Used these because of good reviews however: A simple five day job turned into a nightmare. NOV 22 Board out loft and fit four velux windows, which didn’t turn up on time. Our property was insufficiently protected from the elements which caused internal damage. This company’s communication with customers is diabolical. We had to chase them up throughout our experience with them. Their roofers were totally incompetent at sorting out leakage. Seven months later and still getting leaks, e got PROFESSIONALS in to fix it. We contacted HP for compensation and was told Lee would contact us; six weeks later and we are still waiting. BTW we contacted The Federation of Master Builders for advice, as suggested under ‘Disputes’ in the HP paperwork. Apparently they cannot help us because Home Preserver are not a member! Would not recommend this company, stay well clear.

I know that New Life are a good business and I fully understand how difficult it can be working for the public. What people take for granted is that New Life work for free to a certain extent. For instance, if you do not own a property why should one waste his time quoting as the deal may not go through. I had a extension done and I'm happy, so happy that I won't even bother getting any other quotes for my mum's extension illl just get 1 price from New Life. The team are great and people must remember that no one's perfect but these guys are good stuff. Yours sincerely a man who has a construction business in London so I'd know.

These guys transformed my garage into my work area, 100% spot on, plastered and units put it, the whole lot. They also done my house, redone the render and painted, gutters, new soffets and boards, now looks great. Can recommend these guys enough. Thank you NewLife!
