Visited the park today, very impressed, we have been searching for 2 years, and seen many parks this one was by far the best. We were shown around by Alan who was very informative and certainly new what he was talking about, all in all if you are looking for a residential lodge park Look no more and visit Oakleigh Park you will not be disappointed.

Just waiting to move in next week, really easy to make the move, looked after every step of the way, nothing too much trouble for the park team, great location and park maintained to a very high standard

Amazing and beautiful park, was blown away by the maintenance and upkeep of the park. Stunning homes and lovely community vibe. Thank you to the friendly and engaging staff for my tour. I will be recommending you to my grandparents!

Firstly I was not aware that Oaklands was a true Residential Static Caravan Site my interpretation was that it was a "Holiday Home' site operated by Park Holidays, a site that I have a van located on the south east coast in Kent...As with my current static one cannot live there on a permanent basis. The site is open 50 weeks of the year but closes for a fortnight during February each year...ergo non residential. Also to be permitted to own a van one needs a home address to receive correspondence from Park Holidaysand prove that such things as Council Tax is being payed!!!! With regards to Oaklands I recently visited this site with a view of doing a sideways move. I liaised with the Site Manager who kindly showed me around, no mention was made that Oaklands was in anyway shape or form a residential site...and I had no reason to assume otherwise. Anyway when I left I was under the impression that someone from Oaklands would be in contact with me to discuss finances of selling and buying a van on the site....That was over two months ago and as yet I have heard nothing.... Unless someone can tell me differently Oaklands is NOT a RESIDENTIAL Site.

One year later still no home and now homeless. No refund either stay clear. This is a leisure park not a residential park your rights are limited. Smiling con men.

Looks great , dosnt work great. Some nice people most are verry clickie and if your not in their click... watch out . Not residential future planssince 2018 for residential yet to happen. Frequent Gas leaks that take weeks to fix and leave you feeling ill although claims not dangerous . But verry modern, pretty, private and feels safe !
